MIDDLEBOROUGH — Board of Assessors approves December reports and property documents. The board voted unanimously to accept three monthly reports for December: Personal Property Abatement (FY 2026), Real Estate Exemption (FY 2026), and Real Estate Abatement (FY 2026), all moved by Paula Burdick and seconded by Robin Perry. The board also reviewed and signed Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement reports for 2025, 2024, and 2023; two septic repair betterments; a Forestry Plan; and Motor Vehicle Excise Tax Commitment #7 of 2025.
The board then entered executive session at 5:34 pm to review and sign FY 2026 exemption and abatement applications.
