MIDDLEBOROUGH — Board of Assessors approves fiscal 2026 real estate reports at routine March meeting. Chair Paula Burdick, Members Robin Perry and Barbara Erickson absent, and Assessor Ross Lawrence met to approve the Real Estate Exemption and Real Estate Abatement Monthly Reports for January unanimously. Lawrence reported active MUNIS training participation and a scheduled visit from Steven McCarthy for recertification on March 4.
The board then entered executive session to review FY 2026 exemption and abatement applications and a new 3ABC application for Beth Israel Lahey Health.
