MIDDLEBOROUGH — Board of Assessors approves prior minutes and processes routine administrative matters. Members Paula Burdick, Barbara Erickson, and Robin Perry, along with Assessor Ross Lawrence, signed five monthly motor vehicle excise abatement reports from February 2022 through February 2026, approved authorization for the assessor to electronically sign documents in Gateway on behalf of the board, and signed a new septic repair betterment for property Hindmarsh 013-4842. The board reviewed February 2026 sales reports and discussed the Fiscal 2027 budget before entering executive session to review real estate exemption and abatement applications.
