Commission approves two wetland projects, issues enforcement order

Middleborough Conservation Commission approves Orders for two wetland projects, defers concrete facility. Chair Nancy Ockers and members Diane Stewart, Keri Gallagher, Gerard Boissonneault, Bart Devine, and John Neely voted unanimously for Orders of Conditions on a sewer line replacement along Wareham Street to Mayflower Avenue and a home at Tispaquin Street. The commission also issued an enforcement order for 47 Benson Street requiring wetland restoration and ratified a $28,957 Public Archaeology Lab contract for a survey at Pratt Farm.

The commission continued review of a Pavestone proposal for a 40,900-square-foot concrete facility at 18 Cowan Drive to April 2, citing past water-pollution violations.
