Middleborough Conservation Commission approves permits and continues development hearings. The commission voted unanimously to issue a Standard Order of Conditions for a 49,000-square-foot commercial warehouse at 18 Cowan Drive and approved Certificates of Compliance for 146 Miller Street and 19 Caleb Drive. Four development hearings were continued to June and July.
In administrative action, the commission approved invoices totaling $21,615.57, including $17,500.94 to The Public Archaeology Laboratory for the Pratt Farm Stony Brook Pond Dam survey. The FY27 budget including $518,000 in capital funding for the dam project was previously approved at Town Meeting.
