Conservation Commission approves two wetland applications, continues four hearings

MIDDLEBOROUGH — Commission approves two wetland-area residential projects; continues five applications for March 19. The Middleborough Conservation Commission issued Standard Orders of Conditions for accessory dwelling unit projects at 11 Eldon Street (septic system repair within 100 feet of Tispaquin Pond, unanimous approval) and 68 Plymouth Street (driveway modification with split-rail fence buffer protection, 6-1 vote with Adam Guaraldi abstaining). Four additional hearings were continued pending site surveys and engineering reviews, and the Commission hired Lucas Environmental for $1,995 to conduct peer review of a wetland delineation off Thompson Street.
In routine business, the Commission authorized $450 payment to Beaver Solutions for removal and later reinstallation of a beaver deterrent device at Pratt Farm.
