Conservation Commission · Meeting of February 19, 2026

MIDDLEBOROUGH — Commission continues Summer Street dwelling hearing over stormwater questions. The Middleborough Conservation Commission on Thursday, chaired by Diane C. Stewart, voted to continue a hearing on a proposed single-family home at 177 Summer Street Parcel A to March 5, citing missing documentation on stormwater analysis and alternatives for a wetland crossing.

Five members voted to continue; Adam Guaraldi abstained. The Commission also continued hearings on three resource area delineations and a Department of Public Works sewer-main project, and approved updates to the 2026 Community Garden Rules.
