MIDDLEBOROUGH — Conservation Commission issues enforcement order for Cowan Drive. The board unanimously voted to issue an Enforcement Order for 18 Cowan Drive requiring Conservation Agent Patricia J. Cassady to inspect erosion controls prior to restoration work, addressing a 25-foot buffer zone encroachment with approximately 15,000 square feet of proposed mitigation and 2,500 square feet of wetland restoration.

The Commission also approved a minor plan change for Campus 44 allowing amphibian relocation with a 4-0-1 vote and issued a Standard Order of Conditions for the Off Thompson Street farmhouse project. Several development projects, including the Tispaquin Well replacement study and the Cowan Drive warehouse project, were continued to June 4.
