Council on Aging board waives fee for candidates forum

Middleborough Council on Aging unanimously waives rental fee for candidates forum. The board, with eight of eleven members present, approved the fee waiver for a community candidates forum tentatively scheduled for March 19 at the council's 558 Plymouth Street location. Executive Director Holly Begley's finance and directors reports were also unanimously approved.
The board discussed promotion strategies for its Social Day Program and renewed recruitment for volunteer drivers for Meals on Wheels and out-of-town medical appointments.
