Middleborough Gas and Electric Commission approves prior minutes and reviews capital projects. Vice-Chair Tom Murphy and Chair Ellen FarleyWylie presided. General Manager Ken Stone reported the new electric building's concrete foundations are complete with the first floor slab pour scheduled for March 19 and a May 1 topping-off ceremony.

Through January, the utility reported combined year-to-date net income of $3,574,000. The system proved resilient during the Blizzard of 2026, with only 200 customers losing power at peak.
