Library Board approves response to meeting law complaint

MIDDLEBOROUGH — Library Board approves response to Open Meeting Law complaint. Chair Jim Okolita led the board's meeting on Zoom with Director Beth Paine and trustees Ashley DiBiase, Diane Stewart, John Costello, Sherri Hartlen-Neely, Jen Paulin, and Heather Montross. The trustees reviewed and amended the response document to clarify the sequence of events, then voted unanimously to approve and forward it to the complainant.
The board also approved the April 13 monthly meeting minutes with six votes in favor and one abstention from Montross.
