MIDDLEBOROUGH — Planning Board sets five- to seven-year experience requirement for town planner applicants. Chair Allin Frawley and voting members approved three job-description amendments in split votes: experience threshold (four to one), reporting-line language adding "Planning Board" before "Director of Planning and Community Development" (four to one), and physical requirements (unanimous). The board also discussed the Earth Removal Bylaw, crafted to protect cranberry bogs but now applied to unrelated projects, and Frawley proposed a joint meeting with the Select Board to consider amendments within the coming months.
