MIDDLEBOROUGH — Planning Board approves Rose Ridge subdivision documents, continues Middleboro Farm hearings. The five voting members unanimously advanced Rose Ridge documents for recording and voted 5-0 to continue three Plain Street hearings for Middleboro Farm, LLC (25-9-RL, 25-10-RL, 25-11-RL) to May 5, 2026. Vice Chair Nancy Kefalis won unanimous approval as the board's new representative to the Community Preservation Committee, replacing Tracie Craig-McGee.
On the Town Planner position, the board voted 3-2 to defer discussion and vote until May 5, with full documentation and Human Resources modifications in hand before forwarding to the Town Manager.
