Middleborough Planning Board approves special permit for Campus 44 Lot 4 development. The board unanimously granted the permit to VMD MB Industrial, LLC, for the property at 400 Canopy Drive after closing the public hearing, which had been continued from January 20. Members present were Clerk Tracie Craig-McGee, William B.
Garceau, Anders Martenson IV, Nancy Kefalis, and voting Associate David Dias, with Chair Allin Frawley absent. The board also unanimously endorsed the Harper Lane Form A subdivision plan and approved a revised Town Planner job description that now requires American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification.
