MIDDLEBOROUGH — Planning Board approves three special permits for Middleboro Farm development on Plain Street. Chair Allin Frawley and five voting members unanimously adopted a new fee schedule, endorsed a Form A subdivision for Edward Medeiros at 36 Spruce Street, and approved three residential special permits (25-9-RL, 25-10-RL, 25-11-RL) each by 4-0-1 votes with Tracie Craig-McGee abstaining on all three. The board authorized an internal posting for Town Planner to begin May 6, 2026, with job description revisions to include "related professional experience" and reinstate "provides direction to the Planning Department." Director Leeann Bradley reported the Planning Board revolving account at $383,080.02; the board voted to retain $20,000 and return the remainder to the general fund.
