MIDDLEBOROUGH — Planning Board approves Campus 44 design changes and lot release. The board unanimously accepted waivers and nine design modifications for the mixed-use development at Lot 4, continuing the hearing to February 3, 2026, and authorized release of Lots 3 and 4 once a $2,322,600.36 Phase C surety bond is posted. Chairperson Allin Frawley oversaw the votes with members William B.
Garceau, Anders Martenson IV, Nancy Kefalis, and Associate David Dias present. Three related easement hearings for Middleboro Farm, LLC on Plain Street were each continued to March 3, 2026 at applicant request.
