Middleborough Planning Board defers three bylaw items to next month. Chair Allin Frawley presided over a four-member session on February 17, with William B. Garceau and Anders Martenson IV absent.
The board unanimously approved $387.39 in vendor payments and postponed discussion of the Open Space and Resource Preservation Development Bylaw, the Cannabis Business District Zoning Amendment, and the General Bylaw Definition amendment on marijuana establishments to March 3. Tracie Craig-McGee moved unanimous approval to submit the legal advertisement for an Adult Use Marijuana hearing, clearing the path for the formal hearing process.
