MIDDLEBOROUGH — Planning Board discusses fee increases ahead of May 5 public hearing. Members present included Vice Chair Nancy Kefalis, Tracie Craig-McGee, Anders Martenson IV, and Associate David Dias, along with Town Planner Joe Mandile. The Board reviewed fees from Lakeville, Berkley, and Carver and proposed tiered Site Plan Review pricing ($250 to $750 by project size), an increase of Approval Not Required filings to $200 per lot, and a new $50 waiver fee.
Craig-McGee requested staff highlight all new changes in the draft proposal and suggested SRPEDD assist with annual surveys of surrounding towns' fees.
