MIDDLEBOROUGH — Planning Board endorses ANR process shift to Town Planner. Chairperson Allin Frawley and members Tracie Craig-McGee, William B. Garceau, Anders Martenson IV, and Nancy Kefalis voted unanimously to hold a public hearing to move Approval Not Required application review from board deliberation to administrative handling by the Town Planner.
The board also unanimously endorsed a Form A application by Middleboro Farm, LLC to create two buildable lots on Plain Street (Map 22, Lot 2481) and granted a continuance for the Campus 44, Lot 4 Special Permit hearing to January 20, 2026. The board approved payment of three invoices totaling $9,412.50 and discussed proposed modifications to the Open Space and Resource Preservation Development Bylaw ahead of an upcoming meeting with SRPEDD.
