Planning Board reorganizes; eyes 20 percent fee increase for public hearing

MIDDLEBOROUGH — Planning Board reorganizes with Allin Frawley as Chair and Nancy Kefalis as Vice Chair. The board unanimously approved a $2,590 payment to PMP Consulting, Inc. and voted 4:0:1 to accept a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for 177 East Grove Street, N.E.S.P., LLC. Reappointing Leeann Bradley as the 2026-2027 SRPEDD Representative passed unanimously.
The board voted unanimously to hold a public hearing on May 5, 2026 at 6:30 PM to discuss a proposed 20 percent increase in filing fees, with a working meeting scheduled for April 28, 2026.
